Policies and Procedures.
Thank you for taking the time to review our policies. At Winding Pines Laser Engraving, we are committed to transparency to ensure that your experience with us is exceptional.
Ordering: Payment is required at the time of the order to commence work on your order. However, production will only begin once the mock-up is approved.
Cancellations: We can only accept order cancellations if payment has not been completed. After payment, the order will be fulfilled as originally approved.
Returns/Refunds: - Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns. This policy includes errors on orders that were approved in the mock-up but noticed after production began. No refunds will be issued as payment would have been made prior to production.
- Items purchased at an event are also non-returnable. Once they are paid for and in your possession, we will not be responsible for damage or accept a return. We thoroughly inspect our items and do not sell unusable items. If we sell an item at a discounted price due to its flaws, we will disclose them upfront at the time of purchase.
Payment: We accept PayPal through our website. At in-person events, we accept Venmo, PayPal, cash, and credit cards. ( not sure what type of payment system I currently have on the website, so that might change)
